Dr. Jennifer has helped our son transform his body from a medium built kid into a big strong kid. When he started with Dr. Jennifer, he was 200 pounds, could only bench a 135 pound plate, squat 225, and clean 135 pounds. Now as a sophomore, he is 260 pounds, can bench 245, squat 420, and clean 225. These are major gains in strengthen. She is still helping him to become even stronger and bigger in muscle mass with the proper diet.

My reason for contacting Dr. jackson is I really just wanted some no nonsense nutritional advise. I felt I was at an age (forty something) where I should be taking better care of myself and not eating like a 15 year old girl. I was on a regular workout plan, but I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. My trainer told me you build muscle in the gym and a six pack in the kitchen. There are so many fad diets out there that make it really confusing. No carbs, no sugar, etc. I didn't want to be on a diet, I just wanted to learn how to eat right and that's exactly what I got with my nutrition consult. She told me common sense things, things we learned in 3rd or 4th grade...you remember the food pyramid. She took the confusion and stress out of trying to figure out what to eat. She made it simple. She gave me tips that I know use everyday. I've lost some weight and I feel great! I have more energy, but more than anything I don't feel like I'm on a diet. I can still eat everything, I was just taught how to make them better for me.
